How to get each item from your phone / Cómo sacar cada cosa del teléfono

1. Voicemails / Buzón de voz

Phone app → Voicemail → tap the one from him. Screenshot the screen that shows his number, the date, the time and the length. / App Teléfono → Buzón de voz → toca el suyo. Captura la pantalla con su número, fecha, hora y duración.
Tap the share icon → Save to Files. Then upload that audio file here too (type "Voicemail audio"). / Toca compartir → Guardar en Archivos. Luego súbelo aquí (tipo "Audio del buzón").

2. WhatsApp — export the whole chat / exportar todo el chat

Open the chat with him → tap his name at the top → scroll to the bottom → Export Chat → Attach Media → Save to Files. / Abre el chat → toca su nombre arriba → baja hasta el final → Exportar chat → Adjuntar archivos → Guardar en Archivos.
Upload the .zip here (type "WhatsApp chat export"). It contains every message with its date and time, which is what the court needs. / Sube el .zip aquí. Trae todos los mensajes con fecha y hora, que es lo que el tribunal necesita.

3. Text messages and calls / Mensajes de texto y llamadas

Messages: screenshot each message from him with the date line visible; drag the message to the left to show the time. / Mensajes: captura cada mensaje suyo con la fecha visible; arrastra el mensaje a la izquierda para ver la hora.
Calls: Phone → Recents → the (i) next to his number → screenshot. / Llamadas: Teléfono → Recientes → la (i) al lado de su número → captura.

4. The restraining order / La orden de restricción

Photograph every page of what you were served, and any hearing notice. The docket number (FV-02-…) and the date matter most. / Fotografía todas las páginas que te entregaron y cualquier citación. Lo más importante: el número de expediente (FV-02-…) y la fecha.

5. Your account / Tu relato

One page, in your own words, English or Spanish: when you met, when it ended, when he went to court, what he has done since, with dates as exact as you can. Type it in Notes above, or upload a photo of a handwritten page. / Una página, con tus palabras, en inglés o español: cuándo se conocieron, cuándo terminó, cuándo él fue al tribunal, qué ha hecho desde entonces, con fechas lo más exactas posible.
